Lot of changes for a small page.

Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to this new chapter of a very short diary.

Long time no see, huh? And guess whose fault that is? Mine. It’s all my fault, I know. But in the last five months, a lot happened. Do you remember how I was always complaining that nothing ever changes, everything stays the same—especially me?

Well, let me tell you how much things have changed. Still not sure how much I have changed, though.

In February 2025, I moved to Bergamo to attend a cabin crew training course that lasted six weeks. The best six weeks ever. It was very stressful, but I was lucky enough to meet amazing people there, and they made all the difference in the world. The company based me in Lithuania, so on the 20th of March, they flew me all the way up here.

So now, I haven’t just changed jobs or moved out on my own—I did all of that in another country. A very cold and rainy country. Like today, the 24th of May, it’s 8°C and raining. A LOT. Very different from the climate I’m used to.

I think last month I wrote an article—something like this one—during a moment of mental clarity and peace, but I left it on the screen for way too many days without saving it, and, obviously, it got lost.

How’s it going? Well, it’s great under certain aspects—like the city. I love the city. It’s small, easy to get around, buses are always on time, not too expensive. I love my condo, love my new friends, love the job.

BUT I hate the weather. A lot. I’m very homesick, especially while PMSing. I miss my pizza, I miss my car… let’s not even talk about my cats. Plus, I’m still not financially stable, and that’s very not good.

I think, on average, the experience is overall very good.

About my plans for this blog—I don’t know. At the moment, I’m just going to stick with the diary. Let’s see how it goes.

Love u, byeeeeeee 💋

G.
